To the left you will find our house designs broken into square foot categories with several homes per page.  You can purchase these plans and/or customize them to your needs by contacting us.  You will recieve a PDF and DWF electronic format set of plans, fully noted and dimensioned which includes the following:  floor plan(s), exterior elevations, building section, wall sections, electric plans and our larger custom homes have interior elevations and reflected ceiling plans. You may copy these as much as you want, but you may only build the home once and may not be resold.  If you are a general contractor and want to reuse plans in your subdivision, contact us for pricing.  We can provide custom modifications on any of our designs.  Depending upon where you live, you may have to hire a local architect or engineer to coordinate with local codes and design your foundation.  We can also provide fully engineered plans ready for permitting if the home is to be built in Florida.

 

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. A purchase of a house plan from A Better Plan, Inc. grants the purchaser as "Licensee" the right to use such documents to construct a single home. Purchaser acknowledges that all rights of ownership, title and interest in the copyrights, plans and derivatives remain with A Better Plan, Inc.

2. Beyond the one time use authorized by a plan purchase, any additional use, duplication, publication, sale or distribution of the plans, without permission of an officer of A Better Plan, Inc. represents a violation of Federal Laws subject to prescribed penalties. A single purchase of a set of plans allows duplication up to a maximum 12 sets.

3. Any modification of A Better Plan, Inc. plans by purchasers, builders, or others are performed at their own risk and should be reviewed by a professional architect or engineer prior to construction. Modified plans are considered derivatives of the original and receive the same copyright protections even if completely redrawn. A duplicate A Better Plan, Inc. copyright notice from the original must appear on all redrawn plans.

4. A Better Plan, Inc. plans provide ideas and concepts and are not complete in all respects and details if used outside the state of Florida. Additional information will be needed in order to conform to local building codes and to apply for building permits, such as but not limited to, a detailed site plan, foundation plan, truss engineering, and modified wall sections.
